Order handling and cancellation
Orders are prepared within a standard processing window of 1–3 business days. We may need to cancel or refuse orders for reasons such as stock discrepancies or suspected fraud; when this happens we will issue a full refund for the affected items. Shipping costs paid at purchase are non‑refundable if the shipment has already been fulfilled.
Limitation of liability
mastermindstoy Store and its representatives will not be responsible for consequential or indirect losses arising from the purchase or use of products. While we take care to describe items accurately, we do not warrant that product descriptions or images are complete or error‑free. Where a product is subject to a safety recall by the manufacturer, we will communicate recall information to customers as appropriate.
Returns, refunds and disputes
